Yes. You need a valid TallyPrime licence. Bring your existing licence, or we can help you get one. TallyCloud provides the hosting, not the Tally software licence.
No. TallyCloud is an independent cloud hosting service for TallyPrime. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Yes. Our assisted migration moves your company data into your cloud workspace. You validate the data and approve go-live, and you keep an independent copy of your source data until you accept.
Every workspace is backed up automatically each day and the latest 7 restore points are retained. You can request a restore from your customer portal and track it to completion.
Your data remains yours. It is stored in a workspace isolated for your organisation and you can export your company data at any time.
Each plan includes a set number of users with a maximum you can grow to. For larger teams, choose Multi-User, VPS, CA or Dedicated Cloud.
Yes. Remote printing sends invoices, vouchers and reports from your cloud workspace to the printer connected to your own computer.

A stable broadband or 4G connection is usually enough for day-to-day accounting work, as only screen updates travel over the network — not your full data files.
Yes, on Business Cloud. Approved Windows applications such as Microsoft Office can run alongside Tally. Additional applications are reviewed before installation.
Yes. Self-service plans start with a 30-day free trial so you can test performance, printing and access with your team.
Monthly plans have no long-term lock-in. You can cancel from your customer portal; export your data before the service end date. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
