This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses a TallyCloud workspace. It helps keep the platform secure and reliable for all customers.
1. Permitted use
Workspaces are provided for running TallyPrime and approved Windows business applications for your organisation's legitimate business purposes.
2. You must not
- Use unlicensed or pirated software, or software you are not entitled to use.
- Install applications that have not been approved for your workspace.
- Store or distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Attempt to access other customers' workspaces or data, or probe, scan or test the platform's security without written permission.
- Use the service for cryptocurrency mining, sending spam, hosting public websites or proxies, or other activity unrelated to your business applications.
- Share user logins, or resell access to the service without our written agreement.
- Deliberately consume resources in a way that degrades the service for others.
3. Security obligations
- Keep user credentials confidential and remove access for users who leave.
- Report suspected security incidents to us promptly.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests during a security investigation.
4. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may suspend affected users or workspaces, remove unapproved software, or terminate the service. Where practical we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@tallycloud.net.
